The actor joins several performers already attached in recurring parts, including Wood Harris, Niles Fitch, Dasan Frazier, Graham Patrick Martin, Brittany Adebumola, Rene Moran, Okieriete Onaodowan, and Breanna Yde. Series regulars feature Benji Santiago, Juan Castano, Demián Bichir, André Holland, Andre Royo, Sofia Black-D’Elia, and Victoria Vourkoutiotis.

The addition marks another television return for Rossi after his prominent turn in the record-setting HBO and Max series The Penguin. He also appeared in the Netflix feature Carry-On and earned an Independent Spirit Award nomination for his work in the film Emily the Criminal. Earlier credits include Luke Cage, Sons of Anarchy, True Story, and Army of the Dead.
